A whole kitchen again
This family experienced a small fire from an improper range receptacle right before Thanksgiving.
They were displaced for a total of five months due to delays from the insurance company.
We turned a negative into a positive by taking the opportunity to revamp the whole kitchen and large living space.
We were able to give them a new kitchen in less than eight weeks which included removing the soffit and new hardwood floors.
Carrying the countertop material all the way up the backsplash is trending right now. This new kitchen is way more functional now. It's stunning!
Kitchen Renewed
This kitchen looked tired and worn from years of use.
The pointless soffit hung low and lack of storage meant it felt closed in with cluttered countertops.
Now the kitchen is brighter, more open, and has ample storage.
Bonus Room
This fun family in Clayton realized their vaulted Family Room was wasted space.
By adding a floor extending from the overlook balcony, it created this perfect workout space.

Small Bathroom Remodel
This young family needed a bathroom refresh in their cottage with a baby on the way.
The shower drain was above the slab so the floor needed to be built up matching the curved pan edge.
Extended family were coming for an extended stay to help with the new family addition.
Complete Kitchen Makeoever
This Kitchen had been put on the backburner for too long. The Laundry moved to make way for more storage, but the layout generally remained the same.
We removed the wall dividing the Kitchen from the Family Room to create a more open concept. Smarter cabinets organization increased storage.
Installing a French Door brought in much needed natural light to bolster new recessed lighting. With the fridge moved, we gained more pantry storage.
Removing the non-load bearing wall connected the Kitchen to the Family Room better. Now the open concept creates a great, more cohesive space.
We removed the tank water heater and changed to a tankless water heater outside. This made room for a stacked, ventless, washer-dryer unit.

This house only had one bathroom, so we took that footprint along with some closet space, and made it into a two bath house.
This new Master Bathroom, while small, still has the simple, clean feel of a spa.
