The project for me was positive.  Starting such a big project was scary and I did not know what to expect.  I was afraid of other issues popping up as well that I could not financially handle.  Brannan kept me calm and reassured me throughout the process which really helped.  We got lucky and there were no really big extra expenses which I was grateful for.  Being able to trust Odyssey Builders to handle the remodel definitely lifted a lot of pressure and worry off of my shoulders.  The team showed up everyday ON TIME, which was important to me too.  It was also a lot of fun to see the project evolve and slowly see the vision become reality.  All in all Odyssey Builders made the remodel a pleasant experience.  I would use this company again in the future for any other project.

I chose Odyssey Builders for the following reasons:  I interviewed a lot of other contractors, some would not break down the estimates, some were over priced, some gave me a bad feeling.  With Odyssey Builders it was the opposite.  Brannan broke everything down and showed me where my money was going.  I had a detailed plan of what and when to expect things to be done and when to pay for items.  I also received a tip from a friend who told me how great Odyssey Builders was and I was able to look at photos from a recent project.  The work spoke for itself and above all....my gut told me to trust Brannan....it was absolutely the right decision.  I can't say enough about the excellent service and workmanship!

The results of the project were absolutely to my satisfaction.  Odyssey Builders stayed on budget and on time which was something that was very important to me.  The finished project was STUNNING!!!  Brannan came up with a wonderful idea for our fireplace and now it's the jewel of the family room!  The house is beautiful and the renovation exceeded my expectations.

My overall experience was a 10. I am very happy with everything and I will use them again in the future.
